A single session can shift a lot, but the work deepens through consistency.

Timing

Arrive 5 minutes before the session begins.

Once the work begins, the container is closed, and late entry is not possible, in order to protect the integrity of the space and the energetic work taking place.

Before you join

Be somewhere private and uninterrupted.

Use headphones if possible.

Have water nearby, and give yourself a little space afterwards if you can.

You do not need to prepare anything, explain anything, or arrive calm.

Come as you are. We begin there.

Confidentiality

After Hours is held as a confidential group space.

By purchasing a place and entering the session, you agree not to share who attended,

what was said, or the reasons others came.

You are welcome to share your own experience if you wish.

The presence, sharing, and privacy of others are to remain within the space.
