This is a live group practice rooted in Conscious Energetics™ - the relationship your energy has with itself, and how that relationship shapes what unfolds within you, between you and another, and inside spaces where connection is heightened.

At its core is Energetic Autopsy™ - returning to a lived experience to bring into awareness what was already shaping it, beneath the story that was told about it afterwards.

How it moves

Sense & Sensuality™ unfolds across three months in an intimate group of four to six.

The work is live and nothing is recorded. Each session runs for up to two hours. What happens in the room depends on being present for it, not reviewing it afterwards.

The work moves between guided energetic practice, lived experience and Energetic Autopsy™. Experiences from relational and sexual life become material that can be returned to, allowing what was not consciously visible at the time to begin to come into view.

What emerges does not remain inside the sessions. As the container continues, attention begins to move with you into daily life, conversations and moments of contact, as well as dates, workshops, temples, sex parties, intimate encounters and other spaces where attraction, intimacy or sexual energy are present.

Between sessions, a private WhatsApp group will remain open for what is arising in real time — a place to share what is being noticed, stay connected to the work and receive reflection where appropriate.

At a point within the programme, space opens for each person to enter an experience of their own choosing. This may be a date, a workshop, a temple or sexuality space, an intimate experience, or something chosen alone. The encounter is arranged and attended independently.

What that experience brings into view becomes part of the material the work returns to.

Sense & Sensuality™ does not move through a fixed curriculum. The work responds to what is present within the group and what each person brings into the room.

Over time, what may once have become visible only afterwards has the opportunity to be recognised closer to the moment it is actually unfolding.

The first live session will take place during the week commencing 21 September 2026.

Live sessions are expected to take place on a weekday evening or Saturday morning, UK time.

The exact day, dates and times will be confirmed once the group is formed. As the work is experienced live and nothing is recorded, please only enter if at least one of these general time windows is workable for you.

Who this is for

Sense & Sensuality™ is for those who already have some awareness of themselves and the patterns, responses and experiences they carry.

You may be able to explain what happens to you clearly and articulately. You may understand your patterns, your nervous system, your boundaries or the ways you tend to relate, yet find that when something shifts in the room, when attraction is present, sexual energy moves, tension rises or something subtle changes between you and another, that understanding remains slightly out of reach.

Visible afterwards, not yet available during.

This work is for those who are curious about that distance.

The distance between what you intended and what your energy may have been bringing into the experience.

Between what you believed was happening and what was actually unfolding within you.

Between what you can understand afterwards and what you are able to recognise while it is happening.

Sense & Sensuality™ is not therapy, and it does not replace it.

It is not training in conscious relating, communication or technique. It is not about learning to read someone else's energy.

It is a practice of becoming more conscious of your own.

For those who have carried a feeling, response or way of experiencing connection long enough that it has become familiar, while sensing that something within it has still not been fully seen.

Not to become someone different, but to begin recognising what has already been there.
